Our elegant menu served in our bright, high ceilinged Brasserie allows you to explore the modern, contemporary side of seafood alongside fabulous, classic dishes cooked to perfection. 

Wherever possible we select the finest of the local produce of which there is abundance on the South Coast.  Rarely do we venture out of English waters.  The same ethos applies to all of our fresh fruit and vegetables and the prime cuts of meat we use.
